RAULOG LTD provides comprehensive international shipping services including sea freight, air freight, door-to-door delivery, and logistics support. Our services cover cargo transportation from the UK, UAE, and China to Zimbabwe and other African destinations.

All shipments are subject to these shipping terms in addition to our general terms and conditions.

2. Booking Process

Quote Request

Submit detailed cargo information for accurate quotation including dimensions, weight, value, and destination.

Booking Confirmation

Confirm booking with signed agreement and deposit payment. Cargo collection can be arranged upon confirmation.

Documentation

Provide all required export/import documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates.

Cargo Collection

We arrange professional cargo collection from your premises or designated location with appropriate equipment.

3. Cargo Requirements

Proper packaging suitable for international transport
Clear labelling with destination and handling instructions
Accurate cargo declaration and commercial value
Compliance with international shipping regulations
Prohibited items must not be included in shipments
Special requirements for hazardous or fragile goods

4. Transit Times and Liability

Transit Times

  • Sea freight: 4-8 weeks depending on destination
  • Air freight: 5-10 working days
  • Express services: 3-5 working days
  • Times are estimates and subject to operational factors

Liability Coverage

Standard liability coverage is limited. We strongly recommend comprehensive cargo insurance for valuable shipments. Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

5. Delivery Conditions

Delivery arrangements and conditions vary by service type and destination:

Door-to-Door: Complete delivery to specified address with unloading assistance
Port-to-Port: Delivery to destination port for customer collection
Warehouse Delivery: Delivery to designated warehouse or depot
Customs Clearance: Professional customs handling and duty payment assistance
